Unlike traditional real estate offices, where decisions are made from a corporate level, the decisions at Keller Williams Excellence are made by the agents that are doing business here. Because, who knows better about what an agent needs to be most productive in their particular market than the agents that are doing the most business in that market?
What is the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)?
At Keller Williams Excellence, our associates have input into the policies of the company. Our Agent Leadership Council is actively involved in the leadership of the company; holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget, drive profit and production, education and standards and principles.
This is NOT a sales meeting or a complaint session. Our ALC acts as our office “Board of Directors”. They are the guardians of the culture. A covenant agreement of ALC responsibilities is entered into by all ALC members with their fellow agent peers.
Who is on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)?
Typically, these agents are chosen from the top 20% of the associates in the market center. They meet at least once per month and make major decisions in conjunction with the Team Leader (Broker) and the Business Operating Partner. These meetings are open to all agents in the office.
KW Excellence is an ‘open book’ company.
That means every agent in the office has access to the profit and loss, expenses, and plans for the office. All agents have input through our ALC.
